We give thanks and prayers to Yvhola for allowing us the opportunity to formally reclaim and restore our history. This proclamation stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to preserving our heritage, culture, and traditions. It was accomplished with the presence and contributions of all clans, united in purpose.

This is only the first major step toward full restoration of our tribe’s name, image, and history within Georgia. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who have been supporting and aiding us throughout our journey toward state recognition. We have much more work to do but we will get there!
